Process cooling plant supplied, installed and commissioned for Jay Raj Steels at [LOCATION]. The installation is built around a [CAPACITY] TR screw compressor chiller package feeding the plant's process cooling circuit, with shell-and-tube water-cooled condensers mounted on the condenser deck and connected into the site's cooling water loop.
Scope covered the chiller skid, the water-cooled condenser bank, chilled water and condenser water headers, insulated suction and discharge lines, isolation and balancing valves at each circuit, and the interconnecting pipework back to the plant's existing chilled water tower. Chiller inlet and outlet lines were tagged and colour coded so operators can isolate a circuit without shutting the whole plant down.
Commissioning included pressure and leak testing of every joint, vacuum holding, refrigerant charging, and a staged load test with the compressors sequenced to confirm stable suction pressure and approach temperatures across the condensers. Safety interlocks, high and low pressure cut-outs and flow switches were proved before handover. The plant runs [OPERATING HOURS] and is covered by a [AMC / WARRANTY DETAILS] maintenance agreement.
