Daikin VRV X Installation and Commissioning

Daikin VRV X outdoor units installed and commissioned on the terrace deck at [LOCATION] for [CLIENT]. The units are set on painted plinths with anti-vibration mounts, spaced to give each condenser coil clear airflow and enough service access to open the casing without disturbing the neighbouring unit.

Scope covered positioning the outdoor units, refrigerant pipework with branch selectors to the indoor units, insulated and taped line sets, drain routing, and the power and control cabling back to the distribution panel on the deck. Refrigerant lines were pressure tested with dry nitrogen and vacuum held before charging to the calculated additional charge for the pipe run.

Commissioning covered address setting on each indoor unit, test run through the system controller, verification of suction and discharge pressures across all circuits, and airflow and temperature checks at every indoor unit. The system serves [AREA / NUMBER OF INDOOR UNITS] and is maintained under a [AMC DETAILS] service agreement.
